Competitive Performance (Ages 6–12)

Monday–Thursday from 6:00–7:00 PM.

Our Competitive Performance class builds a strong foundation for young athletes through fun, structured training focused on speed, agility, coordination, and strength. Athletes learn proper movement mechanics and body control while developing confidence and competitiveness.

Advanced Performance (Ages 13+)

Monday–Thursday

 7:00–8:00 PM.

This Class is designed for middle and high school athletes ready to elevate their game. Training emphasizes acceleration, change of direction, and power development while introducing advanced speed and conditioning principles. This class bridges the gap between youth fundamentals and elite-level performance.

Elite Performance (Ages 15+)

Mondays, Tuesdays, & Thursday’s

 7:00–8:30 PM.*

Our Elite Performance program is built for dedicated athletes preparing for collegiate or high-level competition. Each session combines advanced strength training, explosive speed work, and recovery methods to enhance performance and durability.

HIGH SCHOOL

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Mondays, Tuesdays, & Thursdays

 6:00–7:00 PM

Our Strength & Conditioning class is designed to help athletes build total-body strength, power, and endurance through structured, progressive training. Each session focuses on proper lifting technique, core stability, mobility, and explosive movement
