Dustyn Moore

Owner/Founder and Head Trainer

Coach Dustyn has a passion and life drive for Strength & Conditioning and coaching. In the coaching atmosphere Dustyn brings energy, encouragement, and experience to each athlete’s training. He understands the hardships of athletic training as a former collegiate athlete at Kent State and Kennesaw State University on each school’s football team. A lot of knowledge is brought to each athlete’s training from Dustyn’s personal experience with the Kennesaw State University football strength coach as an intern under Jim Kiritsy. Dustyn adapts each training session to each athlete’s personal needs and goals. Dustyn played at Heritage during high school as a part of the football program where he became a two-time all-state linebacker. After high school he continued onto play college football at Kent State University in Northeast Ohio as a linebacker. In 2015 Dustyn transferred to play football at Kennesaw State University as a Rush End. Here, he was a part of the inaugural KSU football team where they gained a winning season their first ever season playing.

After finishing his final season as an athlete, Dustyn realized his full love and potential for strength and conditioning as a coach. As an intern at KSU football strength and conditioning he gained more in-depth knowledge on training and coaching at a collegiate level. Dustyn is able to translate this knowledge to each individual under his training to maximize their potential as an athlete!

Dash Jappah

Performance Coach

I am an athletic performance specialist (run faster/jump higher/get tired less) and strength and conditioning coach for all sports and athletes of all ages as well as a certified personal trainer going on 6 years. I’m currently running a youth track & field program, that is Team Renegade, for athletes  ages (12-19) for athletes across 3 different counties in North Georgia. After 3 years of running for Georgia southerns track club and a short stint at running semi pro track and field, I became a  certified personal trainer (ACE, NASM, Action CPT) as well as a certified nutritionist (ACE/Precision nutrition), boxing coach, human performance and injury prevention specialist.

All of that sounds great, but what really makes a difference is being good to people. I believe my ability to make others feel like family while staying professional and having a good time while reaching a hard goal has helped me retain the clients I’ve had over the years. A lot of us know what we are talking about, but not everyone can properly articulate that to others while making sure they feel safe and secure.

DR. TIFFANI MICHEL

Physical Therapist

I have always been drawn to movement—how it heals, how it empowers, and how it connects us to who we are. My own journey through sports injuries, setbacks, and rediscovery is what led me here. I know what it feels like to lose trust in your body, and I also know the power of rebuilding it—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

I bring that perspective into everything I do—whether I’m helping an athlete return stronger after injury, capturing raw moments through photography, or just holding space for someone figuring it out. At the core of it all, I believe in treating the whole person, not just the problem.

This work isn’t just my profession - it’s personal. It’s purpose. I’m grateful to walk alongside others who are choosing to show up fully for themselves. Learn more here.
